The current title of my research is "Mobility in Ad-Hoc Networks". Currently I am looking into the interplay between location awareness, power management and service advertisement in Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks. I am particularly interested in the use of MANETs as a backbone network to enable sensor networks and ubiquitous environments. It is in this area I believe that location awareness at the network layer will become increasingly useful and important.

My research is supported by an APA scholarship and a scholarship through the Smart Internet Technology Cooperative Research Centre (SIT CRC).
