Registration
To register, please fill in the
registration form.
When you click the submit button, it will create a summary of your
registration details for you to print and fax or post.
Note that all authors of papers must register to be included in the
programme.
All authors of workshops must register to be included in their workshop
programme and in the printed Supplemental Proceedings, which will be a
published volume containing all workshops and Interactive Experience
papers as well as the keynote address papers that were not in the main
proceedings. This volume with have an ISBN and will be a substantial
volume.
Full registration includes:
- one copy of the proceedings;
- one copy of the AIED Supplemental Proceedings;
- access to the main technical program with invited talks,
presentations of full and short papers, the Interactive Events
Programme, Young Research Track.
- breakfast, morning and afternoon teas, lunch for each day of the
conference (July 22-24 inclusive)
- welcome social event on Mon 21st July
- #conference dinner on Wed 23rd July
# Student registrations do not include the conference dinner.

Delegates who have special problems in covering the fees should
contact the organisers.
Full workshop registration costs are applicable only with a full
conference registration and they include:
- access to all workshops on July 20-21, as registered;
- morning and afternoon teas, lunch for each day of the
workshops, July 20-21 inclusive)
Half-day workshop registration gives access to that workshop and the
associated morning or afternoon tea.
Tutorial registration costs are applicable only with a full
conference registration and they include:
- one copy of the associated tutorial notes;
- access to that tutorial;
- conference morning and afternoon teas
A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% and will be added to the final cost.

available from this page on May 19, 2003.

Additional notes:
1. The AIED website shows the membership cost as 25 and 15 British Pounds
2. As noted above, for current exchange rates, consult a
currency converter.
Approximate exchange rates -
$AUS 1 has recently been roughly 0.56 Euros or .65 $US
3. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via mail,
fax or e-mail and must be received on or before 1 July, 2003. A $AUS 200
cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.
Cancellation requests received after this date will not be refunded.
4. The preferred means of payment is credit card as indicated
on the registration form.
