Abstract

Sanjay Purohit will present an overview of the knowledge management initiatives at Infosys Technologies and the critical lessons learned from this experience.

He will also talk about Infosys’s InStep Global IT internship program to which IT students are encouraged to apply.

Infosys is one of India’s largest global software services companies. with over 23,000 employees and US$ 1 billion in turnover. It has consistently featured in the Business Week Info Tech 100 list. It has also received both the Asian and Global Most Admired Knowledge Eneterprise (MAKE) award.
