Enrolling in projects

Get an application form from School's front desk or print out PDF from here.

From the list of project offerings, choose a project you are interested in. Arrange a meeting with the prospective supervisor and gain their agreement to supervise you (provisional on average marks and PG Coursework Director’s final approval)

Complete the form , including your name, contact details (including email), preferred project/s, and the signature of the supervisor noting their provisional approval.

Submit this form to postgraduate coursework admin officer, Cecille Faraizi, who will check that you are eligible to undertake the project you are applying for (average mark over first four units 65+ for 12cp projects, 75+ for 18cp Research Path projects). Fill out an Enrolment Variation form pending approval of the application.

The application is forwarded to the Director of PG Coursework for approval. The student is informed of the Director's decision and, if approved, may then take the Enrolment Variation form to the Graduate School of Engineering for enrolment.
